Abbiamo scelto le migliori uve e le sinergie più promettenti per dare un senso ad una storia che vi portiamo attraverso un vino che, siamo certi, ricorderete nel tempo.
Le produzioni sono limitate a circa 3000 bottiglie per etichetta e le rese per ettaro sono di circa 55-60 q.li per ettaro con una resa vino del 60%, il sesto d’impianto è di 0,80 cm per 2,70 mt.
